At SOAVE Engineering we are equipped with a diverse staff of professionals who carry out specific studies to analyze and assess the environmental impact of a project.

An environmental impact assessment aims to prevent adverse effects when building a structure instead of subsequently combating them. The different assessments depend on the features of the project itself and can be articulated as follows:

  • Verification of need for Environmental Impact Assessment (pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequent modifications and additions as amended by Legislative Decree 4/2008)

  • Environmental Impact Assessment –
EIA (pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequent modifications and additions as amended by Legislative Decree 4/2008)
  • Environmental Incidence Assessment (pursuant to Presidential Decree 357/1997 and subsequent modifications and additions)
  • Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment LVIA (pursuant to Legislative Decree 42/2004 and Prime Ministerial Decree  12.12.2005)

An  Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is the process of identifying, describing and evaluating a proposed project’s direct and indirect effects on human health, and the beneficial and adverse impact on the environment, inlcuding: fauna, flora, land, water, air, climate, landscape and cultural heritage.
